If you experience a fault with your Pendulum unit, whether inside or outside the warranty period, then please contact your local Pendulum sales partner, who will take care of the repair administration and logistics.
Depending on the region, and the nature of the fault, the repair will be made either in a regional authorized Pendulum service center, at the local sales partner in your region, with remote assistance from the Pendulum Instruments Service center, or at the central Pendulum service office in the factory,
In any case we guarantee that the repair is carried out in a highly professional way, using only original Pendulum spare parts, and with a detailed performance check after repair. Note that many of our bigger sales partners, for example in India, have their own skilled service departments, and several have been trained by Pendulum to conduct repairs.
And independent of the repair center used, your local sales partner will take care of the procedure including transport.
